World's Largest Lesson, an initiative exploring Sustainable Development Goals in education, have published some new resources for the upcoming academic year. One of them includes a lesson on data and how to create infographics that we wanted to highlight today.
Handling data is a crucial skill for the next generation and one of the green skills for work in a net-zero world. This lesson includes an introduction to data, so no previous knowledge around it is needed. The class can experience in real-time how they might collect data from their class, what the data might mean and explain about the children, and how they can use it to campaign for a cause.
The resources are appropriate for children aged 10+. We hope this inspires you to explore some more green skills with your class in the new academic year!
