Grow Wild with a £500 grant for a native biodiversity project!

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew are calling on young people aged 14-25 to create projects for Grow Wild, celebrating the UK's native plants and fungi.

The project, which will award £500 in a grant and provide support and training, is encouraging individuals or groups of up to 6 young people to take action for biodiversity using creative means, whether through planting, sewing, photography, cooking or science activities. This is a great way to explore and build on interdisciplinary skills and to discover unique intersections of interests and passions. It will also enhance people skills, as the project is meant to be managed by young people with guidance from a Supporting Organisation, such as an education body or a community group.

Time is nearly up to get involved - the online application form closes at 3pm, Tuesday 19 March 2024.
